Best Weekend Australian EVER

I know, it's a big statement, but I'll stand by it for the following reasons,
  1. A wonderful story of one of Australia's great Indigenous talents, Western desert painter Jimmy Donegan
  2. Two cultures clashed when sketches by Pre-Raphaelite Brother, Millias were found in a Led Zeppelin cover owned by Jimmy Page's chauffeur. This made me want to watch the ABC series "Desperate Romantics" about the dynamic, seedy, bohemian world of the Pre-Raphaelite Brotherhood all over again
  3. Art is getting a little political with the redesigning of the iconic Redheads matches
  4. Articles on art theft are always fascinating
  5. As always Public Works is here for you to practise image analysis. This week on Archibald Prize artist Cherry Hood's Joshua, and lastly
  6. The exhibition of the week is straight from Sydney. For budding photographers Alfred Stieglitz's amazing tonal studies is a must see.
Phew... I'm exhausted from all the weekend reading! Enjoy
Happy working
